If you’re not paying cash for your house, we need a financial pre-approval before we start looking!

How do I get started?

First, you want to find an agent you love (we hope it’s us), you schedule a strategy call and get pre-qualified!
What does the buying process look like?

How do I get qualified?

You’ll want to talk to a well respected lender! If you have a relationship with one, that is amazing. If you don’t, we can get you started on the process.
How much downpayment do I need?

The downpayment you need is completely dependent on your financial circumstances and what you’re qualified for! That being said, there are plenty of great home buying options with down payments that start at 3%, 5% or 10% and range up to 20% and higher. This percentage is based on the purchase price of the home.
Is it an easy process?

Buying your first home is so fun! Looking at homes and finding what fits your needs and budget can be an awesome experience! Having your finances in order, a great lender on your team and the right agent in your corner helps reduce the stress of this huge decision!

Timing the real estate market is impossible. Historically, over time, we’ve seen values increase. There is no time, like the current time to become a homeowner!
